We have used ChemDry since living in our current home for about 12 years. Carpets always come out looking like new...any spots are gone especially if you need a pet treatment! Although we had to do a callback for the first time for the cleaning done 1/27/16, Stacy was so reassuring and had someone back promptly. On the callback we had Phil, whom we have had before, and he took care of the few areas missed with the same friendly manner as if he had done the original job! This company does things right both in customer service and satisfaction!
