We use Colonial Chem-Dry for residential cleaning in our housing units. We call them, make the appointment, and they go to the homes and do the cleaning for the residents. Sometimes we also have them do the vacant units before we rent them out again. Their prices are great; they are probably just a little less than their competitors. We like the type of cleaning they do because they don't use a lot of water or soak the carpets too much. A lot of carpet cleaning companies use a lot of water and it takes a long time to dry, but with this particular service, they don't. That is why we like them, especially when we have occupied units. The cleaners are very pleasant to talk to, and they also provide good customer service on the phone. I really like the office staff; they are very accommodating and easy to deal with. We do a lot of business with them and they are always able to change for our schedule and squeeze us in wherever they can. Colonial Chem-Dry is very efficient, their office staff are great, and we have never had to have a repeat call.
