There was a paint spot on our silhouette blinds, and we hired Colonial Chem-Dry to try to remove it. They weren't able to accomplish what they set out to do, but it wasn't their fault. They got some of it off, but were afraid if they pursued it further it would start to deteriorate the blinds. This was the first time I've used them, and I would go back.
