This is the only company we use for these issues. Had some water stains from a dehumidifier overflow. Phil came, extremely pleasant and polite, explained what he could do. Wasn't pushy in any way. Did the job very well and at a reasonable cost. We have always recommended them and this job just confirms why we do. We would not call anyone else.
