Tim and his assistant arrived promptly at noon, introduced themselves and were very personable and well mannered. Tim explained the entire process, including cautions, before beginning the job. They worked diligently for over two hours on my living room carpet, a sofa and a chair. The finished product looked great and I was extremely pleased. I can see why Tim has been with the company for 11 years!
