The technician that came to our house (Joe) was very professional and did an excellent job. He was on-time, helpful and didn't leave anything behind but a clean carpet. My only complaint would be that the company adverises the carpets will be dry within hours due to their special cleaning process but my carpets were not dry until the following morning. I chose them specifically because of that and was disappointed when it didn't happen.
