From the time you place the call until the work is done everything is to perfection. I look for customer service and this company receives an A+ from me. I wasn't sure what could be done for my old tile floor short of replacing it. I did have a few cracks and I didn't have high hopes. If you could see my floor now, I am amazed at how great it looks.
