Phil was amazing. He was thorough, efficient and professional. I was impressed by the preliminary work that he did. We had our tile/grout cleaned and he tested a couple of areas to show us what the end result would be like then gave us the opportunity to back out of the agreement if we weren't satisfied. The end result is amazing. Our tile hasn't looked this good in years. In a few weeks, we will call him back to clean our carpets. Thank you for a job well done.
