This was the first time we used Chem-Dry. The Customer Service Representatives, Betty and Stacy, explained in detail the carpet cleaning process. We were very happy with the job the technicians, Leo and Eric, did in cleaning our 3 wall to wall carpets and spots and area rug. One of our major concerns was the drying time for the carpet in the basement. It dried quicker than if they had been steam cleaned since less water is used in this process. The follow-up call and letter were very impressive, too. We highly recommend them and will use them again.
