Only one bedroom was cleaned. Larger furniture pieces were left for work-around

We were told that our hall rugs and living room/ dining room rugs could not be done because of hard wood under them. I was not told this when I called to scheduled the appointment. We had a dog that died of a bleeding disorder, so we were left with only one small room of wall-to-wall done. Very disappointing.

I’m sorry to hear of the loss of your pet and I apologize for your disappointment with our cleaning service. Generally we’re able to safely clean rugs on top of wood floors. When the technician recommends sending the rugs out for in-plant cleaning service, it’s usually because he feels he can’t provide a satisfactory outcome with a light in home cleaning. This could be due to heavy soil, stains or odors. I hope that you were pleased with the cleaning our technician did provide.
