When I called to inquire about services-I spoke to a person immediately. The woman who took my call answered all of my questions and shared the details of the service and how the day would go. On the day of service I was given an estimate of arrival time ahead. I then received a call indicating that they were on the way. The gentlemen who arrived to clean my upholstery were polite and informative. They wore coverings told me how long they would need to be there. Terrific team. I would highly recommend Colonial Chem-Dry!
