Overall a positive experience

Just some suggestions since you are a carpet cleaning business it would make sense for the person to wear booties to protect my newly cleaned carpets and to avoid bringing the outside into one’s home.
Also your services you provide are very confusing. The man who came to my house was very nice and explained the best he could but too many options and such a wide difference in pricing. If I accepted the most expensive package its just as expensive as getting a new carpet . But what was done it was done well

Thank you for your feedback. Our technicians are especially careful to wipe their feet whenever entering from outside, even supplying their own door mat for this purpose. They avoid wearing booties due to the risk of injury from slipping when moving from wet carpet to a wood or tile floor. We do our best to provide our customers with the best value.
