Just used Colonials ChemDry-Upton, Ma for the 1st time for a warranty covered cleaning for my sofa cushion due to pet stains. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Stacy from customer service was excellent at helping find a convenient time for the appointment. I received a call from one of the technicians that they were on their way, which was very much appreciated. Nic & Brian did an awesome job cleaning the problem areas on the cushion. They were professional, efficient, kind & did an excellent job! Stains gone! They offered suggestions/services for maintenance of the furniture. I will use Colonial ChemDry again & highly recommend their services! Thank you!
