From the customer service booking the call, the time Phil spent on site going over expectations vs need and pricing, to the finished product plus everything between was a fantastic exoerience. The customer service was amazing, super nice on the phone and even called to check up afterward. On site the technician Phil was very polite and knowledgeable he is welcome in my home anytime. My carpets are the cleanest they have ever been and I can't say enough about the individualized service that made me feel so important to the company. This is rare to find these days so when you do you must acknowledge it. I have referred all of my family and friends to call when they need service and my 100% loyalty will be given going forward for all of my cleaning needs.
