This is the second time that I have used this company and I can't say enough about the quality of the service provided. Good communication, prompt, efficient and amazing customer service... Oh and my rugs and upholstery look brand new! Great company!!!! The technician that did the cleaning was wonderful (wish I could remember his name though.... Joe I think?) and went above and beyond, making for amazing customer service.
