I needed my carpets cleaned and Colonial was able to come out 2 days later. I'm embarrassed by how dirty my rugs were and I wasn't expecting miracles. I'm very impressed with how clean my carpets now look and how hard the technician worked to get up many stains. The carpets aren't perfect, there are some stains that wouldn't budge, like dye, but the majority of stains were removed and the carpets look cleaner and brighter. And smell fresher.
