I've used Colonial Chem-Dry for carpets, bathroom ceramic tile (a really great idea) & upholstery cleaning & each result was perfect. Service people are always courteous & neat. I wish they'd change their name & remove chem-dry as I think people don't realize how environmentally aware this company is & I know that meant a lot to me & perhaps to others. But with chem in the name you might think their products are somewhat unsafe-which they aren't.
