Tim was extremely professional from the moment he walked in the door. There was no hard sell to upgrade the treatment to my carpets, just a thorough explanation of what was available.
To my amazement, all of the stains were removed and the carpets had a fresh, clean smell to them (not toxic) for a couple of days afterwards.
