We used Colonial Chem-Dry to clean our carpeting in 5 rooms (2 down, 3 upstairs) and the stairs and hallway. We have very pale-colored carpeting, so dirty areas and dribbled coffee really stand out. The tech, Tim, was very courteous and professional and explained everything thoroughly. He was very careful in moving furniture. We are very pleased with the results - the carpets look great! We will definitely use Colonial again!
