From Kerri our C/S rep to the technician who came to our home, this was a 100 positive experience. Our cleaning was estimated at 2-3 hours. Tech was here over 4 hours with no additional costs, and he was very grateful we offered him water or soft drinks while he worked (although he politely declined). I know we won't wait another 10 years to have the carpets done!!!
