The tech arrived on time and was very professional,friendly and made a couple good suggestions. The carpets are really clean clean and not at all sticky. It did take a bit longer to dry however b/c the day was warm and the heat wasn't on. That was not a problem for us. I would Colonial Chem-Dry again and recommend your service to others without reservation. I WILL use them again!
