I went to UELC for a refractive eye surgery. Sometimes for surgery there's a long wait list to get it done, but I only had to wait 2 months, which is not bad. The young lady who took care of me was Jenna, and she was excellent. She explained everything perfectly. Every step of the process was well executed and simple. The doctor who did the surgery was fabulous, a really lovely young man (I forget his name!) but he did a superb job. He was very focused and obviously very diligent at what he does. The only drawback is the long wait after when you go for follow-up appointments; there are usually a lot of patients waiting, and the wait can be up to a couple of hours. Overall however I had a great experience with them. I can see 20/20 now, and I couldn't before! I'm very happy with the results.
