UELC was great to work with from the get-go. I went to them for laser eye surgery, and just from the consultation they were extremely diligent and thorough. I went through two hours of extensive testing, and they told me that I was a candidate but I may need to have surgery done one more time because my vision was so terrible. They told me to come back after a month and gave me a sample of omega 3's to help keep my eyes healthy in the meantime so that when I came back my corneas were healthy. Dr. Tam was very professional. Up until that point I had dealt with Jenna Cranmer, who was just as amazing of a doctor. On the day of the surgery they took me in and were very accommodating. Dr. Tam had great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. Thanks to their work, I went from having -8.75 to 20/20 vision. UELC is also great with regard to care after surgery. They're there for you all hours of the day, and whenever I needed to change appointments they did so willingly. I could not recommend them enough.
