I just think the customer service could be a little better

I don't think that the type of equipment Alarms R Us puts in is top of the line. And for just the use of the pad, I think it's good to have a manual with directions that follow through on how to use it. Once they leave, you have to really know how to use it--not just to be told how to use it.
