Below average service

It's never a good thing when people take your money then tell you they don't have what you paid for. Now you have wait for then to get it. Then when you inquire about it, their reply emphasis lack of accountability in the overall business model. I would not recommend this site to a friend, and I'll try to avoid it in the future everything I love Steven Land products.
