This busness is one of the best I have ever delt with. I have been with them for 3 years and have never had any issue with my purchases. Due to high volume of purchases, sometimes they have no otdered merchandise at hand, but they do all in their power to ensure the customer needs are met. This happened with my recent purchase. They communicated with me both over the phone and via email. I must admit, I was not a happy customer when a lady called me to say the item I had ordered was not there; even 2 more which I ordered while with her on the phone. Oh my God; this lady took very good care of me and the issue was resolved. I got other two pair of shoes. These people are professional; the best at customer service I have ever experienced!
