Professionally, ECS Home Inspections was pretty good. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that they had to reschedule our initial appointment, due to the inspector having car trouble. Also, they had a promotion advertised on their website for a $10 gift card with purchase, which we mentioned to them, but we have yet to receive the gift card. Everything else was great, though. The inspector showed up, was very thorough, and we received the report the next business day.
