I've been taking my car to In Great Detail for three years. Twice a year they do inside and outside detailing. I like their expert service and the great attention to detail that they provide. It's easy to schedule with them and their service is prompt.
I haven't had any problems whatsoever with their customer service, it's excellent. Also, I don't have any problems with the cost. I'm more concerned with the quality of work provided than the cost, and their work is high quality. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm pleased with the work they do.
