This is the second time I have used Alpine to clean my area rugs. The protocol and service is always above my expectations. Not only do they provide a first class experience, they have a talent for selecting employees who demonstrate friendliness, competence, excellent communication skills and follow through. My area rugs were returned looking almost brand new. I am very pleased. Let me personally mention Jacob and Mikie who were outstanding in every way. It is true, Alpine delivers 5 star service no doubt!
