The technicians (Steve and another gentleman) arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning the duct work. This is my second year in a row using their service and it's nothing less than exceptional with fantastic customer service. I don't really care for all they texting they do to schedule service because I am a people person but I guess it will do for now. I recommend this company to anyone that need ductwork cleaned.
