After a bad experience with another cleaning company, it was a relief to have someone who was thorough, professional, and responsive. Vince walked me through what he was doing beforehand, and did a walkthrough once the carpet was cleaned to make sure I was aware of any stains that he couldn't get out. I would highly recommend Alpine for any cleaning services!
