Love the Super Truck. Was amazed at the difference in both cleaning and drying. Brock was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. He did a great job and carpet looks wonderful. He didn't have the free bottle of spot cleaner to leave with me, but promised to get one out to me. The next test will be to see how the stain guard stands up to dog getting sick (but not in any hurry to find out).

We didn't schedule basement because we thought carpet would need to be replaced due to weird dark spots that appeared (we thought maybe water related due to wool pad - carpet installer said can't get wool pad wet). Brock agreed to try the machine on one spot in basement just to see what would happen and we can't believe the spot he used it on is gone and hasn't resurfaced. We previously tried OTC sprays but they didn't work on spots. We are sold on the performance by Alpine Super Truck.
