Alpine has been terrific to work with - very responsive, service oriented and delivered on every point. Dan came out to do the carpet cleaning and did a great job. He proactively communicated with the carpet repair guy to determine if our carpet could be repaired. After sharing photos and speaking directly with him, Dan recommended cancelling the repair appointment as there was nothing the repairmen could do to fix what was wrong with our carpet. Not only did he advise us and saved us both time and money, he proactively cancelled the appointment with his company so we wouldn't get charged. Alpine was able to take our tired, neglected carpet to vibrant and back to life. I highly recommend their service.
