Our 28 yr old carpets had never been professionally cleaned. Dan did an excellent job and even saw a few things that he could do to improve the result. He went above and beyond cleaning filthy carpet behind a waterbed headboard cavity, removed some old stains we had tried to remove and couldn't, and took more time than usual on actual cleaning of our 15 areas of rug. I was undecided on whether to do just the initial 2 areas of special Green Shield protection or pay a little more for the whole house. My graveyard husband had to go back to bed before I had decided to change my mind and special treat all. I instructed Dan to go ahead and do all the carpets but he would not be able to do master bedroom. Dad happily surprised me; had already treated that carpet in case I decided to do all.
