They took care of our old carpets when another failed
I was so impressed that they were able to clean our carpets (not perfect, but as good as they can be) when another company came out and couldn't even lift the stains slightly. They did all of this on a very short notice and the technician took extra care on the rough patches, working well into the evening on Friday.
