Great company
On time, confirmation call, polite service in person an on the phone , very effective at removing stains. Fresh , non -odorous smell . I will say that other carpet co's say you should treat a pet stain right away, Alpine rep says don't try to treat before having them clean it . I completely agree! Any of the pet stains we've experienced that I haven't treated, Alpine is 100 % effective at removing. YAY, thank you Alpine!
