After an my attempt to clean out my dryer vent left me with a partially clogged vent which made my dryer even less efficient that when I started we decided to call Alpine. They were able to quickly accommodate us with a same day appointment (amazing in and of itself), dispatching Davui to our home. When he arrive (after calling to give us a precise ETA) he reviewed what I'd attempted and began the process of a professional service. He was obviously experienced, organized and thoughtful - he took great care to keep any mess to a minimum. After an initial cleaning he hooked our system back up and monitored it for an extended period. He related to me that in his estimation the flow didn't feel right and he wanted to use some additional methods to clean the vent. Note that the vent runs a fairly twisted route from the laundry room, which within code it is at the outer edge of it. Davui used some kind of air cleaning process (the intial cleaning was with a "rooter" style cable/brush system). He easily spent and additional half-hour getting material out of the vent (this didn't change the agreed upon invoice charge for the visit). I feel any other company might have packed up shop after the initial cleaning - the extra effort and continuousness show by Davui was wonderful.

I rarely review services unless I'm very disappointed or majorly impressed with the service, thankfully this case was the later.
