Except for temporary insanity of owning a Mercedes for 3 years, I have been taking my Volvos to Nordic Motors for almost 20 years. I trust Bill and his team to identify and rectify. They are honest and fair, and the use of a loaner car (zippy red this last time!) puts icing on the cake.
