I think that the people who work at Nordic Motors are very reasonable, honest, and polite. I recently worked with Bill, but I've also worked with Brian in the past, and they're both great. When it comes to cost and suggestions on what they can do, and how long something can wait, they are very open and trustworthy. They are also prompt with their scheduling, so when they set you up with an appointment, they see you right then, and get the work done as soon as they can. I took my vehicle there not too long ago for a tune-up and to make sure the systems are working well, especially since my care has 180,000 miles. They provide wonderful advice if anything needs to be done, and again, they are extremely trustworthy. It's why I've been their customer since 2007, and why I will continue to be one.
