From the beginning, I felt very confident and comfortable with all of my interactions I had with the shop and it’s people. With the complimentary rental car, I was able to drop off my car before work and pick it up the same day after work. I received a great call to review what work was planned to be done and other issues they felt could be addressed. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything extra. Rather I felt that I was having an HONEST experience with someone who wasn’t trying to make more money. Will be returning for any future issues! Highly recommend
