They're good guys over there at Nordic Motors! I drive a high-mileage Volvo and I am thrifty. My first interaction with Nordic Motors made me a loyal customer for life. When I bought a Volvo for the first time, I took it over to them it for a full workup. They took care of a bunch of stuff, not surprising for a used car, and charged me about a thousand dollars. My first real problem was an oil leak, which they fixed for about four hundred dollars. Three days later, it started leaking again, I brought it back, and they fixed it again for no charge. I brought it back twice more for the same leak and again, no charge. They finally found and solved the problem once and for all. Every time I drop my car off, they give me a loaner vehicle. They also have a very interactive way of explaining everything. When my Volvo started making a noise I didn't understand and couldn't replicate, I saved an audio file for them to hear. Then, William put it up on a rack and took a video to show me what was happening. Nordic Motors also understands my thriftiness. When my Volvo has a problem that doesn't affect the performance of the car, they give me the option to delay the fix or not even do it at all. I've already decided that my next used car will be one that they have the expertise for so that I can continue using their shop. That's how much I trust them! I recommend them all the time. I just recommended them this morning to a friend who drives a Subaru. Nordic Motors takes good care of its customers!
