I have been taking my Volvo to Nordic Motors for like two years now. Previously, I took it to the dealer, but I was just not satisfied with them. They were too expensive, and I did not feel like I was getting the personal service I wanted. But Nordic Motors is not like that. They take the time to explain things to me, and try to let me know what is coming up next, so that I might make financial plans in advance. They are very upfront with me. The people there are super friendly, and so accommodating. A loaner car is always available if I need one. They even take the time to find used parts for my car, and make sure the used parts are like new. This is so very nice of them and saves me money on the repairs. But what I really love about them is, the way they take the time to explain things to a "car novice" like me. Like, "What is an airflow gasket?", and "Why do I need one?", and "Is it crucial, or can it wait six months?" It is just so nice to have a company who takes the time to explain things like that! That is just going above and beyond!
