My young adult son bought a used S40 to drive to Colorado for this Winter ski season. I took the car to Nordic to clear up any potential maintenance issues before the trip.
Nordic is excellent to work with! They inspected the car, and thoroughly discussed each and every find with me. Nordic made some critical repairs, replacing a frayed battery cable, worn timing and serpentine belts, and gave us a list of smaller fixes that we can do, as my son does minor car maintenance himself.
The most impressive, top notch service moment was having Bill tell me he had driven the Volvo to Tire Discounters to personally explain to them how they could correct an TP monitor they had installed just recently. I have never encountered a situation where a service/repair shop made such an effort to ensure a repair will be done. Thank you!
