The level of service I received at Nordic was excellent! I had a dead battery over a holiday weekend and took my car to Nordic first thing the following week, unannounced. They were extremely busy, and despite this, they went out of their way to make sure my car would be taken care of. They gave me a loaner car and had the battery ordered and installed the same day. I also needed a 70K service and they were able to fit that in as well. Brian kept me informed every step of the way and gave me upfront honest answers to every question that I had. I couldn't be happier with their turn time, knowledge and level of customer service. I will always bring my Volvo to Nordic for anything it needs.
