I found that the staff at Nordic Motors communicated very well. They got back to me in timely manner to inform me about repairs as well as checking out other things on my vehicle. I felt that they represented their estimate very well. This was my second time using Nordic Motors, and I would use them again. This was the 70,000 mile checkup so it was more involved than just an oil change or a regular tune up. They checked everything that is required by the dealer and they were very straightforward and dead on with what it would cost. I just think that they're very personable and outgoing and they do a good job communicating to customers.
