I was in Cincinnati from out-of-town and needed an oil change--as well as checking my check engine light--so I called a local competitor and was greeted pretty rudely on the phone. Then I went to Nordic Motors, and they were really friendly and nice on the phone. They had an opening right away and did the work quickly, also checking the check engine light. It was really good service, and they gave me some advice on the spark plugs that needed to be replaced. I have a Subaru WRX and everything is perfect. I would absolutely go back to Nordic Motors.
