I had a very positive experience while using the Company to package and ship my personal items overseas, they did a fabulous job at crating and packaging them carefully. Unfortunately US customs, at the port of departure, decided to go through my belongings and caused damage and breakage to multiple items. Freighters & Craters handled the situation in a timely manner and reimbursed me for the damage.
I was very pleased with they professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend this Company.
