Better late then never for a review!
Chris and his team were very responsive in an otherwise arduous situation. Chris went above an beyond working with the company that I purchased the product from. At times Chris talked me off the ledge by communicating the status of logistics for my product when the company I purchased the product from went dark. As for packaging and delivery time... All spot on! The crating and other packaging was beyond superior. Chris added impact sensors on the crates which was to my surprise. Not one item was damaged in shipment. I highly recommend Craters and Freighters especially if you have a high value item you are shipping!
