Have had two experiences with Craters and Freighters, who were highly recommended by art dealer in my first experience and a high end condo building in the second. First, Craters and Freighters came and built crates to ship expensive art to Hawaii from Nevada. They did it without a hitch and everything arrived in perfect condition
Second experience was more recently. I had a move out that was a chaotic mess from my end. Decisions changed on what to do with furniture that was supposed to be shipped and then cancelled etc. Chris did an amazing job and showed unbelievable patience as our family sorted out details while all of the contents of a condo remained in Crater's warehouse. Chris could not have been more professional, honest and helpful in understanding the changing dynamics of my family during the move. Most importantly, I was impressed by how straightforward he was; always with a goal of just resolving all issues and making sure that all contents got to their destination safely and on a timely basis. Made it easy. I could not give a higher recommendation.
