Prices are reasonable. Mary, who initially answered the phone to set my appointment is absolutely delightful and helpful.

They called about half an hour before the technician arrived, just as they said they would. Jason, the technician, was fast, very friendly and did a great job - total efficiency from what I could tell. He even advised me on how to do some of my own spot cleaning.

I received a receipt for my check via email, which I like. Peace Frog even called me a week after the job was done just to make sure I was satisfied; I am very satisfied, will continue to use them, and will recommend them to others.
